Background
Jennifer is an experienced facilitator, coach and systems convener. Over the past twenty five years she has worked in a variety of settings as a community organizer, philanthropic advisor, leadership coach, and designer of transformative learning journeys.
Jennifer’s approach to work is informed by years of immersion in systems and complexity theory, and her training in adult development, Zen practice and leadership coaching. She is a certified coach and trained Integral Facilitator, helping leaders and organizations thrive in our emergent and ever changing world. She facilitates programs at the School of System Change and through Two Arrows Zen’s REAL Life Programs.
At the School of System Change
Jennifer facilitates Basecamp and Spark courses at the School of System Change in the Americas.
